Default Dream prelude

If cash was not a problem (and yes you still wanted your prelude) What kind of turbo setup would you go. I'm talking the best of the best parts. Please list them.

-Garrett T3/T4 or Turbonetics T3/T4 (bleh!)
-KIWI manifold (do they still make them?)
-Tial WG
-Apexi IC & custom IC piping.
-Apexi Twin Chamber BOV
-Top quality IC hose fasteners (not the little sissy ones)
-Apexi N1 turbo canister with 3" custom cat-back piping
-Highflow Cat (Not Random Carsound I think its called)

-The most "plug-and-play" standalone system that can be installed with minimum fuss
-550cc injectors
-255L fuel pump (one of the quiet ones)
-fuel lines
-Fuel systems are not my strong points

-Golden Eagle Sleeves
-9:1 JE pistons and JE rings
-Crower rods
-stainless valves
-turbo cams and cam gears maybe

-Clutch good for 400 HP
-lightweight flywheel
-Quaife LSD
-Quaife 6 speed sequential tranny
-DSS driveshafts

-EBC (Electronic Boost Controller)
-guages and stuff
-fuzzy dice

I would definately not go turbo. I would make the best NA car possible. With all the cams and pistons and all that stuff.

Default Mine:

I'd keep it N/A, but I'd invest money, and a lot of it, in other important places!

99 Base w/:

Quaife LSD
Fidanza 7lb. Flywheel
Exedy clutch
Mugen header
exhaust [pick one]
tein ha's
strut tower bars front and rear [spoon]
mugen fg360 steering wheel
mugen c/f bucket seats
takata harnesses
titanium roll cage
various sets of wheels and tires
professional corner weighting
all sound deadining material removed
no cats
11.2: 1 compression w/ type s pistons and spoon headgasket
tarox/AP/spoon racing calipes
ss lines

and, here is where the dreaminng begins:
titanium or beryllium body panels: hood, fenders, doors, trunk lid., all support members and bumper support made from the same material

That's all, altough, for the cost of the body panels, inlcuding R&D and manufacturing, and maybe materials, I could probably buy a newer NSX.

would this happen to be the same blue shadow from preludeonline?

whats up?

made up your mind yet?
Wassup blackomega!

yes it's me. I think I will eventually go with the Greddy kit ane E-manage. then eventually I will upgrade the internals, raise the boost then upgrade the fuel system and swap WG's then raise the boost some more.

That was just my "dream" setup I posted on here.

Default NO!

Spoon does not, and never has made an h22 motor.
Toda-Mugen however have used the h22 destroked to 2.0 liters in F3, as seen here:

BLUE SHADOW---

i made my decision... tell me if you have any reccomendations....

well, i got the f-max kit and i ordered the r-Ideal head gasket and something new they had called the 6ALBTM-- its a MSD ignition AND the MSD Boost timer, so im spending a lot of money to make sure my ****'s reliable. Then on top of the kit im getting a motec (hopefully) to keep everything in order.... then after all that im putting in some pistons, rods, sleeves, etc.... to be on the safe side, and in case i wanna raise the boost level... what do you think? any suggestions?
I would skip the R.Ideal Head Gasket, I've heard some bad things about it. What trim turbo have you decided on?

by "trim" I meant size, I think that FMAX will let you pick your own size Turbo. The size depends on how much PSI you plan to boost.

average size for a H22 with 8-15 PSI is T04E 57 trim or a 60 trim COMPRESSOR and usually people use a T3 with .63 a/r TURBINE.

click this link to see the boost characteristics of a T3 .63 a/r TURBINE.

EDIT: The T04 "E" compressors come in 6 trims.

T04E 40 trim
T04E 46 trim
T04E 50 trim
T04E 54 trim
T04E 57 trim
T04E 60 trim

So what about the T4/T3B, Super V, Stage 3, .63 A/R that comes with the DRAG Gen 2 Kit for the Prelude Vtecs? Is this turbo any good? What's the maximum boost one can run on this turbo and still be efficient?

That's one seriously expensive and slow car.

A couple bolt on's and type S pistons won't do anything drastic.
