why would you even think of a thing like that......im sure it is possible anything is possible it just depends on how much moola you have and whos doing it
also would all i need for the b20 vtec swap is just slap the b16 head on the b20 block and it will all work fine srry about sounding so dumb but this is my first car build thanx

i dont quite agree on being "the most pointless swap ever" ..it's just like swapping in a h22 but weights less.. if u can swap in a h22 then u can swap in an F

Theres more machining work that is required on doing the hybrid Vtecs like the b20. You can have a machine shop do the work if you dont know how to work a tap/die

lookup ls/vtec, b20/vtec, ls-v, and you will find tons of info on it with the search function
and it would be cheaper than an f20b... plus you could utilize a lot of whats already under the hood!, no cutting/welding. And the only wiring you'd have to do is very simple. Anyone with a brain can figure it out. Not to mention parts would be cheaper/easier to find.

i want info on this also. if i read correctly, he asked if it was possible he didnt ask if the b series was more logical. sure the b series is more logical cause its cheaper and more aftermarket support and just about any other benefit u can consider. but i jus wanna know if its possible and if so what has to be done in order for it to work?
