Well I've been home from college for about a week now. I finally got out to take some pics. And boy is it good to be back home...

And last the xmas gift from my girlfriend. It's the base rsx optional aluminum shift ****. She got it engraved with our names and anniversary.

Now some quick questions for the photo guys on HT that don't visit Access Photo.
- Is the vignetting working well on 12 or would it be a better pic without it?
- For 13 during my editing I accidently blew out the sky and realized after I cleaned up the whole sky of telephone wires, and stuff. Having it black and white, does that make it work for you guys, or would I be better going back to the drawing bored and making sure not to white it out?
- 14 I tried merging the the two different exposures by hand rather than using HDR. It's the first time doing it this extensively and I did make the mistake of letting the rear end of the car be in the shadow of the building. But otherwise how does it look overall?
Thanks guys!

Kills the pic imo

I would have left the telephone wires across the sky...looks bad with them just 'disappearing randomly'. Also, the contrast may be a little too much in that pic

Its your best shot. If the car was pulled out of the shadow like you said, it would have been that much better

For the sake of your paint don't use those brushes. The bristles scratch and can you imagine what scratchy bristles combined with the dirt in them does to paint?
Just use the presoak and then soap high pressure followed by rinse and then spot free rinse. I do this on my salt covered teg and it turns out spot free and clean w/o touching it w/a sponge, a scrubber, or a towel.
Good pics though. I need to get a tripod so i can get some decent ones taken.

That's what everyone tells me, so I only use that place once and a while. We make sure to soak the brush down real well before using it. Usually I just hand wash it in my driveway, felt like getting some carwash pics though.
BTW for those wondering, once winter is over, I'll be rocking my OEM Kit

the vignetting looks pretty decent, but i think it is too loose to the front end of the car
i'd fix the blowout, b+w or not, it's still blow out and doesn't look good
the lighting on the sky looks perfect, but the car and the building need some work: try out the dodge tool
overall, pretty decent!
and yes, it's nice to be home from school. i get to see my girl all the time instead of chatting on two-way all the time
