Guage Cluster swap question
I have a 1992 honda civic hatchback. I want to change my guage cluster because it has no tach on it. Now I know that i could swap it with a SI/EX or even a VX guage cluster. Now my question is can I take my speadometer off of my guage cluster and replace it with the one off of the "swapped in" cluster?
Also will there be any switching of wires nessessary for the tach guage to work since the stock cluster didnt have a tach? Or is it just a plug it in and go sort of thing? I just dont want to fool around with a lot of wires thats all.

first off........SEARCH - its been covered a million and one times....
second off, its plug and play, you will need to unscrew your odo and replace in the the new cluster

Yes you can swap out certain parts out of clusters. I swapped out the tach on mine. They 3 different gauges all have separate, bolts and plug-ins holding them in. Its not a matter of wiring but of time. Take your time.
