I have a b16 in my DA.... look in my sig for my set-up, for the most part. It keeps up with my bro's B16'ed EG hatch, however, when he had the b18c1 and a 75 shot, it pretty much made my car look like a GEO.

If you are thinking about puttting a b16 in a DA, or buying one witha b16, go for it... and then find an LS bottem end (my plan for now), and build it... use the head from the b16 (I'm planning on new cams, valves, valvesprings, retainers, port & polish) and put it on the LS bottom end. Look up LS-V, LS-Vtec, B20-Vtec and you will get a ton of information on building an engine (that can be done fairly cheap if need be) that will put down decent numbers.

The only complaint I have about my DA is the weight of the vehicle, but I still wouldn't give it up for the world, Gotta Love Old Skool

The 89-90 XSi came with non-obd, 90-93 came with obd1

I've always thought the B16 was too small an engine for the DA but they are still great cars

The XSi is a great car. But the B16 does not = the torque most people are looking for. Every XSi I've ever read about has an engine swap. I still appreciate the DA though.

Had 2 B16's in my car, and they are fun to drive, but very slow, youll notice that once you get an engine with some power
