Default Suspension Settings for EF

Alright so I am going to be acquiring (sp?) a 91 DX. I will be putting on some omni coilovers. The car will be setup for drag and road racing. Now I understand the settings for drag. What is the best setup for road racing? Full stiff?

It depends on how you drive mostly.

I prefer semi-hard springs, stock front sway bar, and heavy rear sway bar. Typical range for springs is ~350-650 for the front and ~300-500 (rear should be between 75% front rate to 100% front rate IMO). I wouldn't go over 400 for such a light car unless it's just a track car.

That sort of setup tends to leave the rear 'loose', which facilitates rotation. Heavy sway bars keeps the car tight when you make quick steering inputs.
