Default Dang it.

I just got a new transmission less than a day ago too.

The lip.. I took off a long time ago.

The damage isn't actually to terrible. The bumper did what it was supposed to do and deflected most of it. I need a new radiator, a new condensor, two new front quarter panels and a hood. New bumper (complete assembly [metal brace, cover and styrofoam]). Power steering resevoir is shattard and I'm sure there is other minor damage. There is no damage, however past the radiator. which is pretty sweet. oh yeah, and I need two new headlights.

yeah man damage definetely looks fixable,
my car just went in for similar damage.

lucky thing for you it looks/sounds like your hit was completely straight on,
so probably no twisting ocurred which means bending the frame back into alignment..

Oops!

Remember, always have a 3 car space ahead of you to avoid such accidents.

heh. Thanks.

rush hour on one of the main roads out here. traffic flowing nicely at around 35 mph (speed limit is 45). All three lanes going great, looked down to kick my floormat out from under my break pedal.. looked up and there was a car there.

My fault, my bad. Insurance is trying to hose me though. I'm keeping the car reguardless of wha they do. I figure theres no time like now to upgrade (JDM fenders, fluidyn radiator, CTR headlights, ctr lip etc..).

Whats that one metal part called that goes behind the bumper cover? I need one of those.

The radiator support? Or the front bumper support?
You have to mean something else?

The metal brace that connects to the frame. Has the head light holes in it, needs to be welded into place I believe.

He probably just means he wants sidemarkers.

For the owner of white coupe --> Was your floormat held in place? Honda had a safety Recall for that floormat doing what you described.
