How hot does your EF's heat get?
I hear everyone always say the heat in their honda sucks!
Well took the temperature of my crx's heat last night and it was 167 degrees Fahrenheit. I always knew the heat in my car was ridiculously hot, but wow! I will post a pic of the temperature guage later today.

DrDisco69's heat is boiling hot in his CRX. </TD></TR></TABLE>
Fire was coming out of the vents this morning.
Honda heat usually kicks ***, most people can get it scalding hot in their cars. We've also had some seat heaters burn through the leather in some acuras, but that's just broken.
Todd, your blower fan must be full of poo, because the air just trickles out. And it's stone cold, so there's all kinds of problems...

Sometimes you wish you had warm air coming from the vents. Especially in cold morning when temperature goes down to -4 farenheit. Sometimes if you havent preheated your car, it gets 10-15 mins to get it fully warmed up. And i can say, thats hell of a long time when you had just woken up.
And i dont have any problems during summer either.

My prelude takes ages to warm up, but when it does it's horrid heat! You can't stand it.
My EF, from the last time I had the heat cranked, it was ok...nothing special. Not warm not cold. If I beat the **** out of her she would get warm, but that's probably an old rad issue.

Is it your fan or your actual heat?
If it's the heat, just get a little hotter thermostat and the coolant will heat up more = more heat for you too

Combination of both. Once the motor swap gets done it will all be corrected. Newish radiator, reverse flush heater core and cram DrDisco69 under the dash to figure all that stuff out under there.

My heater sucks too. At first I thought it was just because my temp adjuster was broken but after I turned both valves open manually still is only luke warm, better than before but still not hot enough. I think I will clean out my heater core and fan to see if that helps any.

Seem's like we're talking about the temperature of the motor, not the inside like others are replying about. Other than that mine stays below half all the time
idk how hot that usually is, but seems good to me
