Default b16 pulley vs b20 pulley

quick question:

I need a new crank pulley for my b16. This guy down the street has one from a b20. are they the same? will it work? thanks!

yeah it will work but you might have to use a b20 alternator belt

The B20 pulley is larger, but will likely work with a longer belt.

It will probably overdrive your alternator, and wear the bearings out faster, too. On the flip side, your AC will work better at idle since the pump will be turning faster.

HMM....not sure I want to risk damaging other components. How much bigger is it? anyone got pics or measurements?

I have set it up to the B16 one, and it is noticably bigger on the alternator side, at least .75" in diameter more.
