k20a swap
Depends on how you're gonna go about doing it. You gonna try and install it yourself or have a shop do it? I can cost anywhere from $5,000 all the way up to $10,000. Do some searching, this has been talked about many times.
k20a2 ? cuh it could be a bitch load unless u find some ppl that r gettting rid of their motors basiclly heres a quick overview:
500 for engine
800 for transmisson
600 for hasport motor mounts
300 for axels
bitch load for ecu if u wanna go k-pro idk about stock maybe a few hundred
lotta time and effort but it is worth it in the end so go for it man

just built a b20 or a ls vtec
is more simple and you get great power

haha.. 500 for a k20a2.. suure. and hes going to need a bit more than engine tranny mounts and axles..

LS Vtec is simpler? Yeah right. That is a pain in the *** in and of it self. (If you do it right) Besides how long will the engine last? Not nearly as long as a k20.

Hell, hasport mounts for my stock y8 cost almost $600 for all 3. You're prices are WAY off buddy.

just nameing how muh its going to cost me tranny 800 locally and go on here u will find some ppl loking to get rid of there ks for cheap also im getting a dc2 chasis for it shell for only 300 so i may be better off but im damn sure no one pays 8000 for a k20a2 ive seen k20a2 egs for that much

a buddy of mine just raced a k20 in a ek civic ,and my buddy won,ls vtec is all it takes and go shopping to honda dealership parts dep.Thats all u need to beat a k20/

yes k20s are cheap. its cheaper if u get it now than in the future. go to k-series.com there's a guy on there that will sell for a good deal shipped.. i forgot his name but yeah, u can get like a k24 crv longblock for like 1200 shipped or something. and oh yeah, i rather get a b20vtec than a k20.. but i'd pick a k24 over anything.
