my wiper fluid doesn't come out when its cold out. I'll put it in my garage and then after about an hour or so they work again. When they dont work i cant here the pump for the fluid running at all, the jets are not clogged and i have all season fluid. Could this be a problem with the pump? would cold temperatures affect it in any way? im confused

 

how cold are you talking about. Maybe the fluid freezes

Your fluid is frozen bro.. It's not that hard to imagine is it? Leave your car outside then pop your hood and check the fluid. I can 99% gurantee you that it's frozen...
