Default Piston/Rod fitments?

I'm rebuilding my b18b block for ls/vtec. I have some SRM forged rods w/ARP rod bolts in my basement. I was thinking of buying some CTR pistons to raise compression. I need to know if the rods and pistons are compatible? I didn't know if they'd fit together without any machining.

Any suggestions? Looking to find a decent priced set of high comp pistons.

They won't work together w/o some modifications. Aftermarket pistons use a floating wrist pin, where stock is pressed in.

So, then it's a lot easier if I get aftermarket pistons to use with my rods? Then I won't have to mod my rods from what I'm getting?

You can tell by looking at the conrod's small-end. If the small-end is bushed with something like a brass bushing, then it's a full-floating wrist pin design and you can't use an OEM Honda interference-fit wrist pin & piston with it without machining the piston for a wire lock.
