Default Getting turbo ready...

i have recently put in a jun ultra lightweight flywheel and ACT stage 3 clutch.
Now im looking into a racing head, and getting strengthened pistons, rods etc.
is there anything else i need or dont need?

I think it would help if you let us know how much boost you are planning on running.

You probably shouldnt worry about the head right now. If you are running under 7-8 lbs of boost, you shouldnt really bother witht he bottom end. I think anything over 9-10 psi you need stronger piston and rods, and anything over 12 psi you need to resleeve the block (is this correct?)

Then there is the actual turbo kit, which is another story. Just make sure you have enough fuel so you dont lean out. Also make sure you get the car tuned well. You might also want to look into a hondata unit.

There was a 4g Si that was making around 235 whp running 6lbs of boost on stock internals, with a Drag kit, hondata stage 2b, a walbro fuel pump and some 550 injectors. I will probably do something similiar when i go turbo.

Basically it all depends on your HP and PSI goals. Other people can help you more than I can, so wait for others to respon.
