i dont know if the seals are the same or not but, all you need is a 17mm 12 point to take off the flex plate off of the crank.

To get my rear main seal out I just took a small drill bit, and put some indentions in the seal, put some screws it in and yanked it out that way.

just be very careful not to nick the seal surface of the crank, unless you feel like putting in a crankshaft. ricey's method is old school too. i was tought that a long time ago. i still use a small flat blade.
