To convert to obd1 you'd need an obd1 distributor, injectors, wiring harness, and ecu. You can use the injectors and wiring harness from your d series, but you'll need to extend a few wires.

nope not the same, you will need a obd1 b series distributor.

EK-SI, you need to be a little more specific when throwing out doom and gloom.

You have to change the injectors and dizzy and everything else on there is going to snap together (if I remember right, I have done it twice but fuzzy).

You can't use a D series dizzy but you can use a B18c or B16A dizzy and if you use the P28 puter, you need to get it chipped for a DOHC engine as the redline, timing and fuel curves are all different from one another. It will run on the stock program but it won't run great.

you don't need to touch those. I can't remember exactly, you'll just have to see when you put the harness on the B. Well, I'll go look...

Oxygen sensor - 10"
Backup light switch (i think) - 10" (screws into front of tranny)
Oil pressure sender - 4" (back of block; right beside oil filter)
IAT sensor - 10" (on the right-most runner on intake manifold)
??? - 6" (I honestly don't even know what this is. A small plug that screws into the block directly below the distributor).

All of the lengths are just approximations, so don't extend them exactly that length and bitch at me if its not long enough / too long.
