the engine is fully assembled now. just waing on a few more parts and the motor is going in.

 

I don't know, but having Cortney do the build adds at least 400 WHP

 

I would step it up to 3" charge piping as the turbo outlet is 3" already. Besides that looks like a kick *** setup.

My guess would be that you dont need 88,000,000mm bore to make good power and it always leaves room for error on you having a kick *** setup and to me being a smartass

 

It gives you more clamping area to hold the headgasket in place and allows for more overall reliability in this area. This is important when pushing 35-40psi.

 

All the pics remind me of that scene from F&F when all the "Imported parts from... Japan!" came in and were layed out in the garage. "Nawwwz... gimme two... the big ones!!" Think they were drinking coronas too

Lethal setup though!

I've run 60psi on 85mm.

 

What is your reasoning behind the ITR crank? I have always wondered this...
I know it is a bit heaver then the GSR crank.

Either way the setup looks like it will make plenty of power, but the bigger bore definitely helps spool up.

i was going to post the same thing as Jason but didnt want it to make it seem like i was trying to jack the thread.

 

Obviously its reliable on bseries to run 83-85mm bore and be reliable at whatever boost you choose. The key is a good tune is it not
