how much to mill off LS rods to fit type-r pistons?????????????????????????????????
just like topic says. i have ls rods that are a bit bigger and wont fit the piston unless they are milled on each side. does anyone know how how exactly to mill off each side
1mm per side of the rod. That would be 2mm total / OR / 0.0039 of an inch per side of the rod.

yes. the small end of the rod is the end the wristpin goes in. the big end is the end that goes on the crank journal.

It may be easier for the shop to mill the inner sides of the pistons. That's what they did with my CTR slugs to mate them with LS rods.
