i kinda did the same thing but with the ignition wire.....gotta flip da switch to start the car....

 

Ignition wire is in the ignition harness so it's harder to conceal your connection because that's right where the thief is looking.

I'm not doubting you did a good job of it. But it's a lot easier to put it on the fuel pump power wire so that's what I recommend for my target audience.
