crank angle and tdc sensors
Im gettin a code 4 and 9. I know they are both within the distributor but its a fairly new distributor like 1 month old and now i get the codes. I also got a huge exhaust leak within the last month. COuld that cause the two codes??? Thanks
Codes are codes.... Doesn't matter if OBD0, OBD1 or OBD2 testing would be pretty much the same theory. Wire colors would be slightly different. Read sig to get you started its for OBD0 but if need OBD1 can get that also. All you have to do is find the correct wires for the coils and use a multimeter to measure resistance. Should be right around 450 ohms, if its not the coil windings have gone bad. I'm willing to bet it is OBD0 though considering OBD1 have the coils encased nicely while OBD0 are pretty much wrapped around cardboard.
