You don't. You have to paint them. They aren't like the 90-91 JDM bumper lenses. The JDM bumper lights are the same as the USDM. I have a pair of 92 JDM bumper lights i bought off a guy for cheap. No differences from stock. If you want amber paint them, but IMO keep them the way they are!!

Tamiya Clear orange works great.
Make sure you degrease your lense and use even strokes. You can find the paint at almost any hobby store.
