Default Lash Adjustment on H22a

I'm planning to do a lash adjustment on my brother's H22a (which I think is the same as the H22a1, right?), and I need to know the lash cleanances. His little Chilton's manual doesn't have much in it. If anyone has these values around, I'd appreciate it.

Well, I searched again, and I found it in the civic section of all places. For those that searched and found this thread....

.006-.007 intake and .007-.008 exhaust

yeah the specs are .006-.007 on the usdm h22a1 pry the same for jdm get a 10mm socket and a open end wrench and a flat head screw driver with some feeler gauges. make sure that when u do the lash the engine is cold. make sure that the lobes on the cam are at the very top or the lash will be wrong crack the nut loose and turn the screw inside till the lash is in spec
