I have a problem with my washer/wiper unit on a prelude '90. It is in the ICU unit so I would like to replace it. Could someone show me where to buy a new unit and how to replace it.

its inteh distributor, take off the cap and the rotor then u will see it under there. its got like 4-5 wires connected to it. just remove it and reconnect the new one the same way and your done

I am not sure if you are talking about the same thing. What I meant is the Integrated Control Unit (ICU) under the dash. I may also have to replace the fuse box as well. I just don't know where these things are sold and if it is difficult to replace it.

oh man, i totally didnt read your post, hahaha, sorry. i kept thinking the ICM distributor.

that wiper controller is actually attached to the fusepanel by your driverside foot well. the ones i've seen on my accord are blue, not ssure about on your lude. but its like a square plastic box thats attached right above all the fuses and waht not, you can't miss it.

i forget exactly how to unclip it, but I remember it was a bitch to unclip on mine. but they do come off, so don't give up

for that part, i would probably purchase them at the dealer or a junkyard, i dont think they make aftermarket ones
