Default dsm injector compatability

when i install the 1g dsm 450cc injectors will my stock injector plugs off my 90 civic si (d16a6 still) plug in? i heard you need to cut a small tab off the plugs but then they fit right into the dsm injectors.

thanks.

yeah i heard you need to bore the o-rings to fit, and get some that are a little taller. there is a write up about this on homemadeturbo.com but it didnt mention if the honda plugs fit the dsm injectors. found out they do with a slight cut of a razor blade.

they plug right in on a 90si, you need to open up the bottem seal a little because the injector has a bigger tip. I just lubed mine up good and sucked her down but I dont suggest that. You do know that you need to control them right? Will not run with a stock ecu.

Unless you change the height of the fuel rail, the seals have to be 7-8mm taller with an 8-9mm larger hole.

The clips should work assuming you remove the tab inside the injectors. Your SI has a resistor box wired in, so it will be fine.
