ok i just did an ls swap in my 90 crx and took it to dyno and now the heater dont work but befor it did what could be my problem any help would be nice its flipin cold

 

damn, i thought it was cold in ohio. must be fa-fa-fa-fa-freezin in CO. got the same problem in mine w/ b16a. sometime this weekend i'm gonna try flushing my coolant system and also make sure that the climate controled valve on the heater line isn't clogged. you might want to make sure that the cable from that valve is hooked up and opening/closing that valve. also check coolant levels??? other than that i'd like to hear anyone else's thoughts.

 

yeah check the cable to make sure it's hooked up. under the glovebox behind the console.

if your car isn't heating when you're driving it, then your thermostat is stuck open. of course check the coolant. and if your heater core is smokin/steamin/**** then replace that.

i went three winters in a dx without heat in wisconsin. scrapping the inside of my windshield until i had the slit-vision of a tank.

 

If the heater cable are connected

replace the tstat

Yeah, does it even blow air? As in the blower motor even working?

I have had a problem with mine one day just stop working, i tapped the heater blower motor (under the glove box) and it came on. After about a yr it went out.

When i took it out, There were no symptoms of any false connections. Just a worn out motor. This <U>may</U> be your problem, may not be. Just my past experience.
