Sure, keep your foot out of the gas. That should help.
I always find it helpful to stay out of boost to save on gas mileage...but that doesn't really help you. So....stay out of vtec.

yea I only get like 250-280 on a tank, but ive heard of people on ht that get like 350, i drive sort of hard but not really. make sure you are filling up the tank all the way, dont just stop when it stops pumping the first time, listen to it filling and stop just before it comes out of the fill tube then see what mileage you get, 150 seems like very little though.

same here, you might want to check all you regular maintanance things like:
air filter
fuel filter
oil filter
spark plugs
tire pressure

replace the filters and plugs if you haven't for a while, all this is only $30-40 and a couple of hours of time

Could it be your fuel pump that's going bad too ? I think my fuel pump is going bad and I've been noticing lower mileage per tank.

do not fill up your gas tank until it comes out of your fill tube, unless you want to end up replacing emissions parts because they got flooded with gas instead of vapors and now you have a check engine light and won't pass emissions.it sucks people tell people to do the wrong thing but oh well.

I did not say to fill it till it comes out the filler neck, all I said was dont think its full when it stops pumping the first time.

i usually keep my car very well maintained and i usually don't push my car past 3500 rpms.......with that i was able to get 365 miles and i still probably had a bit left, probably could make it around 380 miles or so. i'm really suprised as how great these integras are on gas

I average 34.21 mpg on a 95 LS with 98000 on the clock. I stop to gas at 400 miles every tank. I have no idea how I get such good milage out of an 11 year old car but I love it.

your suggestion about putting more gas in to the tank after it stops pumping the first time, is a bad idea.theres a reason why it stops by itself. your just gonna mess something up.

I hit 300 miles (at the very least) redlining it at least once a day. On the highway, I normally hit 350 miles all while romping on it on the onramps. This is with my B18C5 motor. With the C1, it's the same thing. I don't drive like a granny, but I use cruise control a lot.

Is your fuel tank dented in any way? My friend has a dented tank and his gas gauge reads lower than it really is.
