rc and precision injectors = same injetors. they both get them from seimen deka.rodchester.delphi.bosch and flowbalance and check em over and resell and distribute.

either will work well for you.

Precision and RC both sell the same Lucas & Delphi injectors. They both purchase them directly from Lucas & delphi and do the machining in house.

thanks,
Gabriel

Sounds nice. Wouln't you want the fuel to come from a source other than your injector for nitrous. I.E. Direct Port or a Fogger?

What kind of pulley are you running on that bad boy to need 880CC injectors?

direct port would be nice. right now on the new motor i have payn technologies 8 ribbed pulley and belt upgrade for the vortech. the superchargers impeller has a maximum rpm of 65000. the crank pulley and 3.12 sc pulley reaches 647?? rpm at about 8800 motor rpm. vortech says the sc is good to about 25 psi and capeable of supporting 550 hp, i guess i will see in the near future.

I believe it. Does Vortech offer any larger unit that can be used in conjunction with our motors. I.E. One of the ones they make for Mustangs, Camaro's etc...

I would love to see the how quickly the torque comes on with this motor.

the only thing i can really say for sure is that jeff from progress group (suspension parts) had a ls vtec in a civic that set land speed records a little while back, that car did not run the jackshaft like the b series kits come with he ran the sc in the place of the ac useing a cog pulley setup. he said he used a larger sc compressor than the one in the b series kits, with the cog pulleys there is no belt slippage. my problem is that the impeller speeds will be maxed out at 65000 and all of the other compressor are that or less. i dont know if they make a different design of impeller. i figured i would see what this one could do then call vortech.

Perhaps give ATI a call and have them do a procharger for you. They make a better centrifugal charger in my opinion. And if your thinking about using a belt driven system anyway then that would be the ticket.

I think, too, even though the larger units are rated to a lower rpm, you could use a larger pulley so that it isn't overdriven so much. That would drop the rpm more and likely make more power since it would be capable of generating more flow,

Just to add a little bit, ball and disc injectors react faster than pintle injectors. Pintle injectors are built with heavier moving assemblies so they have slower response.
