1992 Civic LX

I was driving around today, Needed a cigarette and didnt have a lighter, realized that my cigarette lighter wasnt plugged in (just installed a stereo like 2 weeks ago) so i open the panel up, and plug it back in.. then i notice that my parkin lights arent coming on and my interior lights arent coming on when I turned them on. Apparently my fuse blew.

I replaced the fuse and as soon as I turned the lights on, the fuse blew again.... is my cigarette lighter causing this?? has anyone had this problem before? Please help!!

 

samething happend to me. i also just installed a radio at that time when my fuse kept blowing. so i check all the wiring and found out i connected the wrong wire to the ground wire. maybe thats it
