Default Honda Wiring

Does anyone know if there is a difference in voltage between the OBD0 and the OBD1 injector wires?

voltage no... there both 12 volts. Ohms is the difference in the injectors. OBD0 are low ohm impedance while OBD1 and 2 are high ohm impedance.

Yes take the 5 wires that go into the resistor box and connect them together. The OBD1 injectors have a tab that needs to be removed to make the OBD0 plugs connect. Just take a small drill bit (dremel works good) and remove the tab and the injectors will plug right in

5.5 and 12v The resistor turns 12 into ~5.5

The resistor box isn't a voltage regulator its used to convert ohms or resistance. The ECU doesn't power the injectors, the injectors are always powered by 12volts the ECU is a negitive trigger which completes the circuit to open/fire the injectors, its like car audio if you use too low of an ohms load on the amp will fry stuff in the amp.

yes connect all 5 wires together and you no longer need the injector resistor box, if you'll notice OBD1 and 2 cars have a grey plug with yellow/black wires its the same thing you'd be doing. If you can find an OBD1 harness, rogue that plug and use it for a cleaner install. If you use low impedance/ohm injectors in a 92+ civic you need the injector resistor box.

Its just a easy way of thinking about it, most prople on this site dont need a complex answer, they just need to understand the basics...
