yes, straight bolt on for a B18C1 gsr block

a non vtec B18a/b will require an oil line conversion before you can use the head

would there be any advantages of bolting on the b16 head on the b18?

the b16 head flows better than a gsr head but yields less compression

get some USDM or JDM itr pistons to throw in there with that b16 head.
maybe you should consult with a local engine builder too.

so if i didn't buy new pistons to get the compression back, i could just buy stronger pistons, sleeve the cylinder and then boost it? how much does it cost on average to re-sleave the cylinders? i know it would depend on where i go, but just an average number.
