Must resolve arguement
I had a debate with a friend over this issue, so I figure I'd resolve it by asking the all motor experts here at honda tech. Just to be clear, does the term "all motor" mean anything but nitrous? Or are turbo and superchargers forbidden in an all motor car as well?

It would be interesting though to see who originally coined the term all motor. Probably started in Cali somewhere.

Ha! I win!!
I can certainly say that I have a large amount of respect for anyone who goes the all motor route. It must be a complex art to add horsepower and torque without any form of boost.
