Damian,
What is the deal man? Have you sent the stuff of what?
Alex has been very patient, but this is getting ridiculous. The stuff was supposed to be shipped to him more than a month ago.
Was it indeed shipped out or not? Please confirm.
If I cannot confirm that the stuff has been sent, I'm going to have to give Alex his money back. If you have not sent the stuff to Alex, I need you to refund my $195.00 back to me immediately. I mean, I found a buyer - I sold them the stuff, but it was more than a month ago and apparently they have not been shipped. I am not going to arrange another sale because I have no guarantee that the same thing won't happen again and I don't think it's fair for me to have to sell this stuff again.
I can understand if someone is very busy, but Alex is correct in that a simple email reply is not too much to ask.
Either way, I need you to reply quickly so we can get this resolved.
If you would like to discuss this over the phone, please call my cell phone at 919-XXX-XXXX or call me at work on Monday at 800-934-3348 ask for Mike.
I'm trying to not make a big deal about this, but I am tired to wasting my time and having to try and explain the unexplainable to Alex.
Be a stand up guy and let me know what's going on - follow through with your deal man...c'mon.

Mike,
Look, it seems to me that Damian is not responding to my emails, but he posts everyday to hondatech. This means that for sure he has seen the email and decided for some reason not to answer simple questions like "How did you ship them out?" I am not dealing with this situation anymore. He says "dude jest email me", but when I do their is no response. I don't care how busy someone is, it just take a minute to respond to simple questions like that.
I am sorry that we had to get all mixed in this three way deal. But since it has taken so long and I am being ignored by the shipper, the situation has to be put to an end now. If you were serious when you said "...you will get the shocks and springs or your money back...", (and this is not some kind of scam) then you should refund my money now. I don't like to assign blame to anybody, but I did my part along time ago when I sent out the money and I am done waiting.. Maybe you can find someone else to sell them to.
