Im looking for a dyno to do some tuning in VA. I was going to use HPWORKS but they cant do dyno runs unless its above 40F cause their dyno bay is not heated.

Can anyone give me some names and numbers to places in the VA area with dynos that can run regardless of outside temps? Preferably a place that has one of those widebands that go in the downpipe and not a probe...
