not the top part which is the vtec solenoid, the part that the vtec solenoid bolts on too (3 bolts)

Where the connection plugs in is the "oil pressure switch"..

The round part up top is called "spool solenoid valve"

The assembly as a whole is called the "spool valve assembly"

you got it wrong, he has the JDM V6, not the 2 cyl
