i know this is messed up, but what do i need ?

what fuse is this supposed to be ?
which one is for the ecu ? i need to reset it because its throwing a atmospheric pressure sensor code.

Holy clusterfuck, you need a 45 amp fusible link where the jumper wire is. It looks like the old fusible link made contact with that top mounting bolt. If you want to reset the ecu, disconnect your bottom left and bottom right power and ground wires for 10 min. I would get rid of that brown wire and get the correct fusible link in there. That solid wire is a fire hazard.
