he cant be selling 2005 rims in good condition for that much. I would buy a set of wheels switch out the best one with your curbed rim and then sell the set at a reduced cost.

You have 2 more choices other than buying a brand new rim.

1) Get in touch with a body shop and see how much they will repair it for. They can easily sand down the metal and make it as good as new. I've had my rear passenger tire done twice, and it only cost me $50 each time. It'll cost you more to put on a new clear coat though.

2) Or get in touch with a body shop that knows a shop that does rim swaps. You will have to give the shop your rim plus $ and they will give you a new/refurbished rim. They will then refurbish your and eventually sell it to someone else.

Good luck.

I crunched a 5Zigen on my Civic and I thought they were trash, but I took them to a local shop in OKC called "The Mirror Finish" and they repaired it just like new. You might look into that instead of buying a new one. They charged me $125, that included dismounting the flat tire, filling and machining the lip, repainting it, and putting the new tire on.

Just keep it as is....... it's that new and you already curbed it...... going to happen again, lol.

That really sucks. I don't see how you guys do it. If you can't make the turn (mall, grocery store, etc) find another turn to make. Kept every rim I've ever drove on in perfect condition

GL!

Calm down. Seriously if he is selling 05 rims for $200 they are alrady sold. You do realize the going price is about $700? Post a link. Why come in here with that useless post anyway?

transaltion: my friend is selling at a good price but you cant buy them.

when my wife curbed one of my rims, I was able to find ONE 2005 rsx-s rim with a tire and bought it for $125 shipped.
The guy was selling three 05 type s rims separate, he curbed one rim, bought a set of (insert brand name here)

Look on K20A.org or clubrsx, or you could claim it on insurance, assuming you have a $250 or less deductible.

Acura of Escondido's ebay store may have them. They might just be a set of 4 though. They are good people maybe they can help you out.

Most dealerships I have seen sell in sets of 2 or 4. Depends on where you go.

If the wheel still holds air it can most likely be fixed for a lot less money than a new one. Contact a good body shop.
