removing crank pulley
have to get a damn special tool unless you have one hell of an impact.
It fits inside the hex shaped hole in the crank and lets u put a breaker bar on there and one on the bolt and you can crack it loose. they cost like 25 bucks on amazon.com.

jesus christ dude we spent 3 hours trying to get the crank pulley and the harmonic balancer off of mine and broke 4 nuts and finally on with a heavy duty impact wrench(200pounds) got it off..
it tried a large impact but it did nothin, maybe need more psi , the compressor only goes to like 100psi, did u use somethin to support the pully?
We got a breaker bar and literally stood on the bar. Theres a chance of breaking something, but I've used this technique three times and it has yet to fail me.
the honda crank pulley removal tool is the ****. if someone needs them, call your snap on guy or head to the honda dealer. if you are in the so cal, you can borrow mine for a burger and some fries.

the holes are probably from when they balanced the pulley. They drilled the holes to remove the weight at that area.

A chain wrench works well at holding the pulley, otherwise you could try jamming a screwdriver in the flywheel (I didnt try it but others say it works).
