will h4 bulb into usdm headlamp work

well i i understand that the ef7 lamps bolt right into a crx, so i'm curious, what stops me from getting some h4 bulbs and the password wire harness to get h4 in my ride?

i need a mint white oem si bumper and hood, clean. anyone have this.

nah they have high and low in diff spots not the same bulb as h4 or 9007
