my car does not run full potential, h22a4 in a dc4 with odb2 ecu. 290cc vs 345cc...tech head get in
h22a4 has 290cc satuated
96 odb2 ecu runs 345cc peak&hold at 35-40 psi fuel
now, if I increase to 50 psi, would that make 290cc flow close to 345cc?

ODB I cars use 345cc injectors w/ resister packs and ODB I Ecus.
ODB II cars use 290cc injectors and ODB II Ecus at a higher fuel pressure.
Your car is not running right not because of injectors but something else in your setup..

the 92-96 are using 345cc and only the 96 model is odb2 ECU which i am using it. however the odb2 97-01 model engines have 290cc

Why don't you get a 97-01 OBD-2 ecu and sell yours, considering it's pretty rare (since it was made for one year)? You should get all of your money back once you sell the 96' spec ecu. The p5m should be pretty cheap on ebay, considering most people looking to tune their H's go to the p28 or p72.
Never mind I looked, but keep checking for the p5m on there and H-T. You will find on very soon I am sure. And make sure you get a manual trans ecu, there is one auto on ebay. Here is a link to one on H-T, but I wouldn't trust the seller...

And how do you know this. I assume you have a wideband A/F meter that is telling you this?!

i assume this means you have an adjustable FPR, which means you need to see 50-54 psi at the rail at idle.

In the time I had my car and I was playing around with the various settings even dropping down to 30 psi on the rail didnt bog the car. 98 Engine using 290cc injectors and odb I ECU at the time..
So my next best guess would be problems with timing via distributor or ignitor..

good guess, i already replaced dist and ignitor and still problem. I just check the timing and it was like 12, supposed to be 15? anyone know stock timing reading?

Supposed to be around 16 to 17 so your car is retarded for whatever reason. Maybe your cams are off a tooth or distributor is retarded. Try to advance the distro and that should solve your idle and bogging problems..
