Default D-Series Turbo Build

Hey Guys, I'm looking to do a full D16Y8 build and I need to know a good turbo/wastegate combo to go with. I already have a guy that is making me a custom equal length turbo header he is just waiting for my decision on what turbo and size wastegate. I am getting rid of the A/C system but will be keeping the comfort of power steering. So far I have had the idea of using a GT28RS turbo with a Deltagate Wastegate but I'm just going to make sure that I pick the right one the first time so I don't have to buy another turbo. Well any info would be great!
