sometimes when i turn my headlights on, my dash lights dont come on, then a smack the top of my dash and they come on, or flicker and come on, few times the oem radio backlit came on a few sec after the dash lights...

anyone else delt with this before? where should i start?

 

i have the same problem... except its just my climate control.

my fuses are fine, but maybe you can check yours.

Are you equipped with a dimmer switch? If so that's the likely culprit. After time, the wires come loose on the switch. Next time try and whacking the switch instead of the whole dash. Hope that helps.

you guys are good. before i even read that i started thinking and i was like damn i bet its my dimmer switch, sure enough when i tap on it **** happens.. thanks
