Sorry about that
the question about making a ten second s2000 was 100% serious. I really wanted to know because I will be shipping out in the USAF come next august and for the 4 years that I'm in there the only bills I will have are the cell phone and life insurance. So a good 85% of my money will go to the car. But if the tens are out of reach, I would like to get some tips on what to do to run 11's. (From those of you who actually do). I know I want the inline pro turbo kit and I am going to the block bored and stroked. If you don't know then just tell me if I should stick with supras or really try with the s2000
Now that would be a waste. How could I have fun for the next four years. That's just out of the question. Especially if you are currently driving an NA-T Toyota Supra right now. (check it out on http://www.soslab.net/supraunlimited)It's the one with the front licensce plate frame still stuck on it.
Dude i'm currently in the Air Force and if you think that you are going to be making bank boy are you in for a surprise. I've been in for 6 years now and I'm in South Korea and I'm barely scraping by with one car payment (AP1) and insurance. I think it would be a wise choice if you would save your money!!
I would say focus less on making an 11 sec. car and maybe do some mild modifications to it. Get to the 13's, which should be relatively easy and then call it a day. Everything else, invest to secure your future.. does no one consider retirement anymore ? Social Security won't be there for you in the future..
