just bought a 94 civc coupe with full leather trim in it just wondered how rare it is none of my mates ever seen it in civic

 

I think its very very rare. probably 1 out of 500 or so

 

Probably something one of the previous owners had done.

 

No Honda Civic ever came from the factory with leather trim, nor was it ever a genuine Honda accessory. Any Civic with leather trim has either had an aftermarket leather kit installed, or has Integra (or other) seats in it.

 

My 92 cx hatch has pleatha too

 

I'm guessing it's vynil and not real leather.

Yes, all '92 CXes had vinyl seats.

Okay, I have to retract my blanket statement because apparently, '06 (8th-gen) Civics are available with factory leather seating in some countries.

 

i will get some pics put up tomorrow when its light is there a code with trim type

No 92-95 (EG) Civic came with stock leather interior. Someone had the seats wrapped, or put different leather seats in there.

 

also there was none for the canadian models either..

Yup. Correct again.

 

I know that Rick Hendrick dealerships are known for installing leather interiors on Honda's. I have seen a few "Hendrick Edition" Accords and Civics. They usually have the Hendrick logo embroidered on the seat.
