I recently bought this console on eBay because of its armrest and i was just wondering if this console came from a JDM lude or did they sell these on the USDM ludes? i've seen the same exact console but without the armrest. Also, the compartment between the rear had a cd changer but was removed. I check on hondaautomotiveparts.com and there was no sign of the armrest nor the cd changer in the rear compartment.

 

i have the same setup in my car. dood since it has the long armrest divider console in the rear it only came in 92's. the armrest that folds up with a change dispenser underneath it was an option on 92's only. i don't know about jdm or euro or whatever. but i know in U.S. it was optional. i have the catalog too.

 

ohhh.....okay now i found it on the honda automotive parts website. thought it would be listed under the "console" menu but was in the interior accessories (optional equipment) like you said. Plus, the armest is accompanying the left drive side and not right-hand drive.

yea, some people love it, but some hate it, becuase lack of space in the rear, and plus it doesn't have a cup holder.

 

I went from a 92 to a 94 and let me tell you the cup holder on my 94 it's heaven I always hated that huge console in the back on my 92 that takes all the space back there

 

Where is the controls for the power mirrors?

Hmmm...that's alot of plasic back there. Do the 4th gen's rear seats not fold?

 

The passenger side rear seat on my 95 folds. A lot of people try and fold the driver's side down, too.....

 

thats funny bc i had some scumbag break into my car a lil more than a year ago. they threw my cds everywhere but didnt take any(guess they didnt like rock), ripped up my school books n threw the papers everywhere, tried to rip out my stereo but couldnt get it out(thank god). n the ******** tried to rip down my driver side back seat...idk if they bothered to check the passenger side or not but it pissed me off so bad bc now the seat is offline a lil bit

 

yeah, i was thinking about doing the e-brake/console conversion but i couldn't find a write-up for it. I mainly bought the huge console because of the armrest. I barely have anyone in the rear seats, since i lowered my car and it bottoms out whenever i have more than two people in my car, so i don't mind about the lack of space in the back. You wouldn't happen to have a write-up for the e-brake/console conversion or a link that has one. Thanks
