Default Changed to built Head now fluttering noise ?

I changed the head on my gsr with skunk valve springs.retainers and valves, as well as the Intake Mani to a SKunk 2 ...... Now the car sounds like an Sti instead of a raspy civic .... It makes a fluttering sound like an untuned turbo car when I gas it ..... AS well as that problem my throttlebody is sticking like crazy , it wasnt before ..... what could be teh problem with the noise and sticking ???

u could have floated a valve due to improper install. check the valve lash and do a leak down on each cylinder.

I drove the car for 30 minutes and nothing sounded to change ? Do you think I could have damaged the motor , or it just needs to be tuned ? Also Im using stock size skunk 2 valve with no valve job , could that be the problem ?

Well seeing as how this isn't really a very descriptive thread I can't really offer any advice. To me my own motor sounds very "flappy", but thats because I have no cover on the timing belt and cam gears.....

What kind of driveability symptoms does your car have right now?

When I was driving it home from the shop it sounded like a valve issue. However , after driving it today and actually hitting v-tec I feel the problem is in the dist timing,or spark plug configuration. Im gonna bring it back to the shop tomorrow and hoepfully resolve the problem ... thanks

sounds like either a burned valve, or try this tighten all your exhaust manifold to head bolts and exhaust bolts. a leak at the exhaust manifold will make a fluttering sound.

Just got back from the shop ..... Problem ended up being a combonation of a couple things
1. tps wasnt dialed in
2.intake fell off
3. exhaust leak
4 timing was off a lil
5.one spark plug wire wasnt making full contact

The only problem i have now is it doesnt idle properly and turns off at a stand still
I fixed all the problems except the tps , Im going to do that tomorrow, this should fix the idling issue.
