ok so like a week ago my oil pressure light would come on when i started the car but then go off at first i didnt worry too much but then i hooked up a gauge and im more concerned

tommorow am i am testing with a mechanical pressure gauge

is there a way to determine for sure that its the pump that is bad

how can i check to make sure the releif spring isnt just stuck or something

what course of action would you take if you had this problem?
