Default oil sensor need help

okay, so turn car on (0 miles freshly rebuilt) starts, then stalls out, gasket on oil filter blows out. Do it again, same thing happens. Get gauge hooked up, oil psi is maxin my 100psi gauge out goin way past 100psi and then stalls (this is after about 2 seconds of idle). My question is...

is there a stock sensor that would stall the motor out cause oil pressure is too high, or any reason for the motor to stall out due to something high oil pressure related?

I have an h22a in a usdm body came stock with h22a1, have stock wire harness and stock obd1 p13

obviously something is obstructing an oil passage somewhere....you probably will need to pull the block apart and find out what it is....
