CSUFWEED - What mods do you have on your car?
im assuming that this is better suited for an IM, but i'll answer it anyways!
This is what I HAD when I ran the 13.9:
JRSC 6psi
DC 4-1 Header
MSD 6A Ignition, Wires, SS Blaster Coil, Modified Dist. Cap
NGK 1 Step Colder Plugs
Tenzo Short Ram Intake
Full Custom Exhaust - 2.5" Mandrel Bent Aluminized Steel, Dual Set Up With 2 Flowmaster Race Mufflers, no Cat, no Resonator.
Typical Pre Race Weight Reduction
Deflated Street Tires
Timing Fully Advanced
100 Octane Race Gas
I believe that was it. I only had this set up for a few months cuz obviously the race exhaust was too loud.
Now, I have removed the header, added a 2.5" cat, and a 2.5" resonator, and converted it into a single exit exhaust with a universal canister type muffler. (believe me, it makes a HUGE difference!) The dual exhaust was interesting cuz at lower rpms the gasses exit through one side... then when I floor it or something, it utilizes both... and switching from the dual set up to single... I noticed a great drop in low end, whereas the top end power is still there. (at a smaller scale of course)

wow csufweed 13.9 with a auto tranny. have you gone on a dyno, i would really like to know what your putting down at the wheels.
