i think you need to learn how not to use run-on sentences.

furthermore, how to not post off topic threads in the itr forum.

I've been usin the 1KS for a little over a year and no complaints so far. Pedal feels only a little bit stiffer than stock but still very comfortable, and very nice engagement. Also seems to grab a little better than stock.

As for where to get them, I picked mine up slightly used to I can't vouch for any businesses but I know that Kteller.com sells them and he's well known around here.

The Kevlar is said to last forever.

my only compaint is the bite - it's kind of weird, don't expect it to be an on/off switch.

Sir, have you already been charged for the order? It would be unreasonable for you to cancel an order that has never been processed to begin with. For future reference, we do not charge our customers on an order until it has been shipped. We ship out Action Clutches on a daily basis and have never had any customer complaints.

Thanks!

I have an Action 1MD. 6-puck sprung.

Grabs like a bitch but easy to slip for daily driving, even with an Omni Clutch master cylinder. Dropping it in first from a stop at 6k results in wheels spinning and car not moving, feels like you're floating. Yes, it lets a 107hp Civic roast them.

Stock clutch/flywheel, stock exhaust, no interior from B pillars back = 17.7

Action Clutch, Fidanza 7lb, open manifold/cat, full interior = 17.1

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel poses a threat to our company's reputation. Maybe if you didnt leave those rude *** messages on our voicemail we would have been better able to assist you.

I've never been able to figure out why you bother staying around here. You never make any effor to help anyone...

I have no info for you about the above guy/company... and his policy sounds a little uh... interesting. But I run the 6puck sprung and like it alot. I also have it combined with the Omni Clutch MC and my shifting is very very quick from the combo. Just the clutch (no adjustment) and my clutch engagement point was very high, little weird but once i got used to it... i liked it alot (too lazy to adjust, glad i didn't).... that with the Omni MC and i move the clutch like 1/2inch to shift Its literally a flexing of my calf to shift in the car.

"Offering you with Top-flight customer service on all sales! "

You might want to work on your grammar.

I'd also rethink talking about how you publicly stated you'd refuse a customer instead of work with them. That really doesn't fit your signatures attempt to create an atmosphere of "good" customer relations.

And uh.... "timely delays" (http://www.m-w.com/dictionary/timely)... so uh... punctual delays? Good stuff

apparently if we didnt care too much about our customers or prospective buyers, we probably would of had our doors shut down a long time ago.

you're not making your company look very professional and customer friendly in this thread.....

I'd definitely go elsewhere with my business given your attitude.

i'm on TrackSpeedRacing's side. i've been in this business for a long time as well, and i can tell what kind of customer this thread starter is. He said it's been less than a week since he ordered the clutch and he's already irate, threatening to cancel the order. If you go on ANY parts supplier's website, it almost always says, ORDERS SHIP IN 3-5 DAYS. After allowing 3-5 business days for shipping that's easily a week and a half of waiting. all for a part that's IN STOCK. This guy is already pissed off after less than a week. Has the nerve to leave rude voicemails, emails, and who knows what else.

A customer like that is one that you just cannot please. A customer who has no product knowledge or any ability to reason. I wouldn't deal with them either, because no matter what you do, THEY WILL NOT BE PLEASED. I've seen it and been through it too many times. The best thing to do is, NOT DO BUSINESS with them, you can't win, no matter what you do.
