stock - i got tired of having a loud car
greddy PE - my favorite before i went anti-exhaust. sounds good and lots of flow.
spoon muffler - unique, and sounds badass on the track. but pricey, ricey, and attracts lots of attention.

TO THE ORIGNAL POSTER: Honestly, just find one that you like (looks/sounds) because im sure the gains are pretty much all similar or dont vary by much.

why do people even respond to these posts anymore? There's been THOUSANDS of these. If people really want info on exhaust they can search, there is NO POINT in responding to these over and over.

I loved my real Mugen exhaust. I had a Maxim works header on there as well and the car sounded freakig great. Quite in the cabin on the highway under regular use and some higher throttle. WOT was beautiful...sigh...shame I sold those parts though. I'm going with a T1R exhaust next with a SMSP header. Should be freeier flowing and nice sound to it also.
