I just got my swap a month ago. It was done by this shitty *** shop. Drove around for a couple weeks. Until my car rev up to 3000 rpm then drop and raise and drop. Over and over consently, it even doesn't it when warmed up. If I let it warm up and then drive it stop. Its kind of anoiing when i start the car up for work and all i hear is echo from inside of the house. Is it normal for cold weather or what? Also i'm not running no fan could that be the problem?

 

sounds to me like it may be your (IACV) idle air control valve. Are you getting any cel codes?
